Replacement / Refund Policy as well as a customer how can claim there Replacement / refund of any damage or wrong dispatch product as :
- Customer need to contact at BusinessJi within 24 Hours of parcel delivery as well as register their complaint with details. and Customer can get Replacement
or Under 5 Day’s within Delivery date in case if (Product is Damaged, Wrong Product Delivered, Any Misprint, or any spelling error.)
- Customer must be aware about T&cas well as Return policy, We do provide Replacement only NOT REFUND of ANY CUSTOMIZED PRODUCT.
- Need a proper opening video of parcel as well as parcel must be fully visible in video and parcel should not be pause, in part or in clip.
- Opening video must be clear as well as must be in single clip. we do not accept any repacking video. CHECK VIDEO HERE
- Need to register refund as well as replacement complaint with 24 hours after delivery, after that customer is not eligible.
