Return Policy:

We at BusinessJi strive to provide the best possible experience while you shop with us online. There is no option to return orders as the goods are customized according to your specific needs and designs, and are non-usable by anyone else.

However, if at all there is a Manufacturing defect, complete assistance would be given to you for correcting the same.

BusinessJi Accept Return of the products within 5 Days of Delivery date IF:

1. Product is damaged during Shipment. (Need Box Opening Video in Single Frame)
2. If BusinessJi sent wrong products or misplaced (in Shipment Only).
3. If Product is not match with your order or wrong product sent by BusinessJi
4. Once Product is accepted by you from Courier service, we need a proper opening video for replacement or return.

Customer need to provide opning video in single frame if customer think product is damaged or wrong parcel packed Read Recover Policy for more

Cancellation Policy:

In order to get your order delivered to you soon, we process the orders same day. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.

You are requested to immediately email at or call at 01669-248011( Mon - Sat, 9am - 7pm) along with your order number for any cancellations to be made.

Your orders can also be cancelled if BusinessJi team finds your payments have not been received. Check below for further details:

Non receipt of Payment- In case the payment for the order is not made BusinessJi will automatically cancel the order. An email notification is sent to you when we cancel the order.

RTO (Return to Origin) or Resending the Parcel:

In Case of RTO/Resending the Parcel have some Terms as:

1. If Customer Provide wrong Address
2. BusinessJi charge Extra for RTO/Resning the Product..
3. Customer need to provide Proper Address of Reciver and Sender.
4. BusinessJi is not responsible if produt is misplace with wrong address or wrong deliverd.
